What are term passes?

Term passes allow access to activities for a specific duration (30 days, 3, 6, or 12 months). If the instructor chooses to offer term passes, the bookings and reservation rules are the sole responsibility of the instructor. Currently, Promoga does not provide tracking and reservations for term pricing passes sold on Promoga.

How do term passes work?

Term passes sold should be tracked by the instructor. The instructor is responsible for managing bookings and reservations for term pass holders.

Can I get a refund for my subscription?

Refund policies depend on the instructor's terms and the activity's cancellation policy. For general cancellations, you can cancel your purchase up to 48 hours after payment, but no later than 48 hours before the class.
