What debit/credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa & MC debit, and Amex.
Can I cancel a class I have paid for?
Yes, you can cancel your purchase up to 48 hours after payment, but no later than 48 hours before the class. For free purchases, cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours before the reserved session. Visit My Purchases to cancel where appropriate. For more, see "Terms of Use" at the website footer.
What are the fees for an activity I sell on Promoga?
Total fees include: A payout fee for the instructor/organizer, A Stripe credit card transaction fee, Promoga's service fee, Government tax on the Promoga service fee. You can check the Stripe fee by visiting their pricing page.
Where can I see the number of registered students for my listings?
You can view the number of students registered by clicking the dropdown for the specific activity in Instructor's Activities in the top right menu.
